RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your order via our webshop, you can return your order to BOWTIQUE FASHION within 14 days after receipt. Returning items is at your own expense. To return your package, you can follow the instructions stated on the supplied return form.

Returns Policy

1. Return period : items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

2. Item Condition : Returns must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Exceptions to returns : for hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on jewelry, hats, swimwear, and underwear.

4. Return of items with stains : Items with makeup stains, food stains, body odors, animal hair, cigarette odors or other types will not be accepted for return.

5. Foreign objects : Returns must not contain any foreign objects. Items with unintended contents will not be accepted.
6. Return of sale items: sale items/seasonal items may not be returned.

7. Washing guarantee : problems that arise after washing the item are at the customer's own risk. We do not provide any warranty on stones, glitter, beads, buttons, shoulder pads and pilling of the fabric.

8. Return costs : returning items is at your own expense.

9. Return form : fill in the enclosed return form completely and correctly. Incomplete or incorrectly completed forms may lead to rejection of the return.

PLEASE NOTE : we cannot be held responsible if a return package is not delivered to us or the package is lost. So keep your track & trace code safe.

Refund
If the track & trace of the return package indicates that it has been delivered to us, it can take 7 to 10 days before it is processed by us. The legal term is the same as the term that the customer was allowed to keep the article (14 days), but we are often a bit faster. If the return package has been processed by us, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few days to the account of the bank or credit card company that was used when placing the original order. Please note: we pay back via MolliePayments. Exceptions may occur if the return does not comply with our policy.

PLEASE NOTE : The consumer is not expected to deliver the return package to the return address. Therefore, simply send the return package via a delivery service.
